House Rules

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp
  • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability (additional charges may apply)

Guest Capacity

  • Maximum 10 guests (adults + children aged 6-11)
  • Infants (0-5 years) do not count towards occupancy
  • Additional guests beyond booked capacity are strictly prohibited

Prohibited Activities

  • No smoking inside the villa premises
  • No loud music or parties after 10:00 PM (neighborhood disturbance)
  • No pets allowed
  • No illegal substances or activities
  • No commercial photography/videography without prior permission

Pool Safety

  • Children must be supervised at all times near the pool
  • No diving in shallow areas
  • Pool usage is at guest's own risk

Property Care

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to property or furnishings
  • Please treat the villa as you would your own home
  • Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to the caretaker

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and the property owner.

Full Refund

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in date receive a full refund (minus payment gateway fees of 3.5%).

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in date are non-refundable.

Payment Gateway Fees

Payment processing fees (3.5%) charged by Razorpay are non-refundable in all cases, as these are third-party charges we cannot recover.

To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference number.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 2 hours of successful payment
  • Payment receipt will be issued for all confirmed bookings

Liability & Disclaimer

By booking Villa Francis, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Personal Belongings: Villa Francis is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • Personal Injury: Guests use all facilities (pool, garden, etc.) at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents.
  • Weather & Natural Events: We cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or natural events beyond our control.
  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party services arranged by guests (catering, activities, etc.) are not our responsibility.
  • Right to Entry: Villa management reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance or emergency purposes with prior notice.
  • Eviction: We reserve the right to evict guests without refund for violation of house rules, illegal activities, or disturbance to neighbors.

Important: Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

ID Verification & Security

For the safety and security of all parties:

  • All guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
  • ID upload is required before check-in
  • IDs are verified and securely stored in compliance with data protection laws
  • Guest information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties
  • Upon booking cancellation, all uploaded documents are permanently deleted

Booking Modifications

Changes to your booking (dates, guest count) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.

Please contact us to discuss modification options. Additional charges may apply for date changes.
